RESULTS OF MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS CARRIED OUT IN SPAIN ON 119 FROZEN SAMPLES: 51 SAMPLES OF FISH, 30 OF CEPHALOPODS, 26 OF SHELLFISH AND 12 OF MOLLUSCS. A HIGH PERCENTAGE OF CONTAMINATION IS OBSERVED IN MOLLUSCS.
