Summary

Determination of the inactivation rate of L. monocytogenes in samples of UHT milk, pet food, mince meat, crab flesh, etc, containing Carnobacterium piscicola and stored at 5 or 19 deg C. In most of the cases, inhibition of Listeria is more marked at 5 deg C.
