THE QUALITY OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES IS AFFECTED BY VARIOUS ECOLOGICAL FACTORS AND BY THE TIME BETWEEN HARVESTING AND FREEZING, HENCE THE INTEREST OF GENERALISING GROWING CONTRACTS IN ORDER TO EVEN OUT THE SUPPLY OF THE FIRMS WITH THE RAW MATERIALS AND VARIETIES THE MOST SUITABLE FOR FREEZING.
