Type of article: Article
Summary
Changes in quality of different varieties of blueberries were studied during cooling, cold storage and retail trade. Analyses were made on acidity, dissolved solids and pH. A temperature of 2 deg C for 7 days gives good results. Eleven days are acceptable. The length of retail-trade storage at 21 deg C causes deterioration, mainly because of insects.
