Natural working fluids '98. IIR-Gustav Lorentzen Conference.
Date: 1998.06.02 / 1998.06.05
Location: Oslo, Norway
Summary
Preprints (73) of the IIR conference, held in Oslo, Norway, from June 2 to 5, 1998. The IIR has decided that the "natural working fluids" biennial conferences will be named "The IIR-Gustav Lorentzen Conference" because the late professor Gustav Lorentzen played an important role in bringing these fluids forward as an international strategy. Main topics: water; heat transfer and fluid flow; overview and system comparison; carbon dioxide; gas cycles; fundamentals (thermodynamic properties, lubricants, equation of state); sorption systems; hydrocarbons and flammables; secondary systems and fluids; ammonia. The papers will be abstracted in a future issue of the IIR Bulletin.
