Summary

Application of these two techniques to microflora numeration in parsley, liquid egg white and chicken meat, after 0, 4, ou 12 months of storage under -18 deg C. Influence of the dose of irradiation on the difference between the results obtained with these two methods. Efficiency in comparing these results to determine if the quick-frozen product has been previously irradiated.
