THE PARAMETERS FROM GROUP CONTRIBUTION (PFGC) EQUATION OF STATE, AS USED BY MOSHFEGHIAN, ERBAR, AND SHARIAT (PFGC-MES), IS USED TO DESCRIBE THE THERMODYNAMIC BEHAVIOUR OF 20 REFRIGERANTS. THESE REFRIGERANTS INCLUDE PURE HALOGENATED COMPOUNDS, AZEOTROPIC MIXTURES OF HALOGENATED COMPOUNDS, AND AMMONIA. ALL PARAMETERS FOR THE 20 REFRIGERANTS ARE REPORTED, AS ARE THE DEVIATIONS BETWEEN PREDICTED AND EXPERIMENTAL D THESE DEVIATIONS ARE COMPARED TO THOSE FROMTHE SOAVE-REDLICH-KWONG EQUATION OF STATE.
