IN A GENERAL REVIEW OF THE STORAGE CONDITIONSOF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES, THE AUTHOR FIRSTLY CITES THE VARIOUS STORAGE METHODS, FOLLOWED BY CHILLED STORAGE OF FRESH PRODUCE.
